There was also the best friend of Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato. Both of them performed songs for the fans as the opportunity to ring in the year 2012 on MTV. Selena Gomez was presenting her wonderful voice in her song Love You like a Love Song. The fans who were there were able to see how much Selena Gomez’s vocal strength has grown over the past year. Selena Gomez has given her total performance due to let all her fans to know how much she appreciated all support given by her fans over the past year. An artist is just nothing without their fans. A day before the performance, Selena Gomez just admitted that there is nothing less than a perfect idea than sharing the holiday cheer with her fans as well as the opportunity to set new goals and party safely as 2012 arrives. Selena Gomez has also written on Facebook and Twitter that she was getting ready for MTV show. She said also that she was so excited to ring in the New Year with all her family, friends, and fans. The other artist that gave performance on MTV New Year’s Eve Special is Jason Derulo, J Cole, and Mac Miller. The MTV New Year’s Eve were hosted by Demi and Teen Wolf’s Tyler Posey. Selena Gomez’s boyfriend, Justin Bieber, had been at a different show but in the same city. Justin Bieber had made his performance at Times Square New York Times with Lady Gaga in the annual ball dropping as well as debuting a new song on New Year’s Eve hosted by Ryan Seacrest. Selena Gomez was attending the MTV show her mom and step-dad. It was so nice although it was a hard end of the year after Selena Gomez’s mother suffered a miscarriage.
