The six-year-old girl is suffering from a fast moving, rare form of cancer. Thanks to the Jimmy Fund, the little girl had her dream fulfilled. The little girl got “married” to Justin Bieber, her favorite singer. Avalanna Routh hopes that she can meet Justin Bieber. There is a page set up on Facebook to get her to meet the young pop star.
